These classes are run in small groups, at your own pace so no skill level is required.

We offer a range of activities on an ongoing basis:
Art Therapy – We cater for small groups. Get creative with Vision Board and scrap booking! Make presents for your friends or a beautiful memento for the family. Or even a board that holds a visual reminder of your goals and dreams for the future. If you would like to personalise, bring your own photos or decorations. Transport and individual support available. A card backing can be provided or if you like you can bring a canvas approximate size 40cm x 40cm. Please get in touch for more information. Weekly one on one sewing classes - Gain knowledge and learn basic sewing skills in our one on one private classes. Whether you are a beginner or you are looking to improve on the skills you have this workshop is for you. Come along and allow yourself to get creative. All materials are provided although you are welcome to supply your own fabric and come along with any ideas and suggestions that you may be interested in working on.
